Introductory Workshop: Selecting the Best Frontline Professionals
For over 25 years, associates with Ventures for Excellence have been refining selection and development interviews for this group of individuals. During this introductory workshop, participants will acquire insight regarding the qualities of the best frontline professionals as well as specific practical skills that will enable them to complete more in-depth assessment interviews. Certification of the Ventures for Excellence in-depth interview will be granted after four days of intensive training.
The Objective of the Introductory Workshop:

Note: To become certified in the use of the front line professional interview, two additional days of Phase II training are required.
Frontline Professional Selection and Development Training: Advanced Skill-Building: Phase II
During this phase of the training, participants will become highly skilled in the analysis of twenty-four questions, covering twelve areas of excellence. In addition, participants will become highly competent in the analysis of at least forty-five questions, covering at least three specialty areas. Participants will study six employee interviews, conduct an interview with a frontline professional, study with a group of trainees for two days, and take a test to demonstrate analytical competencies in the use of the Ventures for Excellence Frontline Professional Interview.
